They were pretty good. I had used them before. They do detailed work. I think they need more hands because it was only one guy that did the work.

Tony Lobos, who owns this carpet/janitorial service, has cleaned for me twice, and the experience has been great both times. The first time, several years ago, he cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet throughout the house. (I now have carpet in just the two bedrooms). I kept his card because I was so happy with the job. The second time there was some confusion about the time scheduled, but otherwise everything went smoothly. He is a very personable guy, and eager to do a good job. I noticed he cleaned the furniture fabric by hand with special mitts before using the machine. The furniture actually smelled wonderful when he'd finished - very clean and fresh. He did an excellent job with the carpets as well. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call him again.
