We are so pleased with the quality and responsiveness of their work. They used a thermal camera to identify that a nail was driven into the 3" PVC drain pipe from the upstairs toilet when new vinyl siding was installed. They quickly identified the exact location of the nail and made the repair quickly. Their fee was very reasonable and they presented themselves very professionally. We have been looking for a reliable and reasonably priced plumber for a long time and we have found one in Bryant Plumbing. We highly recommend them.

He had given me an estimate and did an adjustment that I requested with the extra charge only being the cost of the different pipe part. Cost of job performed remained the same as estimate given even though I thought the job was slightly more difficult than expected due to large tree roots. . . . Very nice guy. . . highly recommend.

The heat pump the cools the upper level of my home was not working. I called one day and the service technician came the next day. He examined the unit, determined the problem could be resolved by replacing a part. I was concerned about spending money to repair a 20+ year old unit so he gave me additional estimates on replacing the unit and inspected the existing unit for additional potential problems. I believe he gave me a knowledgable assessment, and the necessary information to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to spend more money than necessary. I decided to repair the existing unit and he completed the job and I slept in cool comfort that night!
