Brad Looney (Looney's Outdoor Service)

Crew worked WAY past dark to remove leaves last fall (2014).  Great job.
Brad's crew now mows my lawn approximately twice a month--$50 per mow..  His crew shows up, does the work, cleans up, and departs with a minimum of fuss.  Brad is easy to work with, easy to reach, returns calls, and is honest.  Since I may not be home when the crew comes, I pay in advance for several lawn mowings.

They did an excellent job! Bailed us out of a dilemma due to the heavy snow fall. They were very professional and worked us in to clear the lot. We will definitely use in the future.

Unreliable, and does not keep his word.  I had contacted Mr. Looney initially in November for an estimate on leaf blowing;  I felt it was reasonable enough, but ultimately went with someone else who lived close by.  When that fell through, I re-contacted Mr. Looney, and he committed to doing the job, stating that he might even be able to do it by the end of that week. We also agreed he would begin doing weekly mowing for me in the spring.  This was a month ago, and I have neither seen nor heard from him since.  The leaves are still sitting in my yard.  I see by the review that I am not the only one to have had problems with Mr. Looney not honoring commitments, and I believe Angie's list should begin giving more weight to the "no-show Fs" when they begin adding up like this.  There is no way this "service" deserves an A rating.

100% positive.  He responded promptly to my inquiry and kept the initial appointment to price the job. Considering the amount of leaves, his pricing was fair.  
He gave me a date for the work, confirmed it with a phone call & text message.
His crew showed up on the morning promised, and worked diligently, even into the night.  Mr. Looney phoned to make certain I was satisfied with the progress of the work. They returned the next morning to finish and tidy up, and deliver the bill--which I paid on the spot.  
I wish everyone I do business with was this easy to work with!

When I called this business, a man answered the phone by just saying and quot;helloand quot; so I was not sure if it was a business or a personal phone number. I confirmed that it was indeed the business. He asked me to text him my address and he would drive by that afternoon, then provide me with a quote. He never responded to my text. Is there a chance that he did not receive my text? Possibly, but overall I was not impressed with his and quot;professionalismand quot;.

He came over after I called and gave us an estimate. He had to delay the clean up as we had a snow storm, however, as soon as
the weather cleared and dried up, he was there with his team and got the job completed.

Looney's exceeded my expectations. I read about Looney's on Angie's List and contacted the owner through Angie's List. He responded within 24 hours and performed the work within several days. It was one of the best experiences that I have had as a customer of an outdoor services business. And the price was fair.

A very nice person but because this is his second job, doesn't have much flexibility.

They weed and feed at beginning of the spring and end of the summer. They removed 2 flower beds and planted grass. They even come when I am not home, just leaving a bill in the door. I have also used them for leaf vaccuming and snow removal. They can do almost anything you need, whenever you need it.
