They called me within a day of my initial message and offered to come by that day for the measurement. They were on-time, professional and pleasant and were efficient. The quote came in significantly less than a local glass company, and the glass came in within a few weeks. They worked through the few issues that came up with the installation and were eager to resolve any problems after installation.

Workers had to spend an extra day beyond their estimate at the company's expense. They did not take any short cuts and were very careful to install, caulk the stops and clean the windows to my satisfaction. Workers were very friendly, courteous, and patient with my requests. The workers were quality workers that were hired this year from another area company that closed. On the first night after partial completion of the replacements, I was able to compare the surface temperature of an old Lindal window with a failed seal against the new Cardinal glass. The Lindal glass was cold to the touch whereas the Cardinal glass was close to room temperature. I have high expectations that the seals will not fail as quickly as the 19 Lindal windows that failed.

I called yesterday and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. He arrived right on time. He called prior to arriving as I had another appointment in the morning to make sure I was home. They came to my home to do the service. He explained the warranty, how long I should wait to remove the tape and to wash it and said if I had any problems to give him a call. We were concerned about the emissions inspection sticker since I had just had the inspection done. He removed it from my old windshield and put it on the new one. He was very nice to work with.
