 + -1 moreWe worked with several banks on our own, but Bill Cross was able to do more for us. He is a true professional, we were grateful for him to be on our side. He found us a construction loan and the closing or refinance loan, we would not be in our new house with out him. When things got difficult he found a way to close the deal. Bill Cross is one of the VERY few things that went right in building a house. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He has done work for us twice, once for construction loan (February 2012) and then for the final(april 2013).
