Family owned business. Treated us as one of their own. No pressure sale, just answered as many questions as we had. Demonstrated the difference between machines. Included a class to ensure we knew the basics of the machine.

They are very professional and do a wonderful job. They know their product. They sell sewing machines and service, and high end sewing machines as well.

Sewing Machine Repair
It was a fantastic experience. I had never done any sewing at all. It was fun, easy, interesting and non-threatening. For me sewing can be threatening. It can be so if one does not know what one is doing. They were so friendly and helpful. They were so incredibly knowledgeable. I could tell that the ladies were wonderful. I learnt how to use my machine by taking the class. The class was from 9am to 1pm. I spent $21. It was very reasonably priced. It was marvelous. If anybody feels like taking a class with them, they should do so. They offer classes in stitching and also do machine repair. I will use this company again in the future.
