Be clear with the contractor on expectations down to the last detail like where will the rest of material be stored or carried away, and what portions of the front yard will not be returned to "before project" condition to include seeding area.

The whole experience was rather smooth. Mike encoutered a gas leak in my lamp post and contacted the proper authorities to handle the situation. This was very courteous, the minor situation provided no inconvenience for me. . To this day, that jungle of ivy and honeysuckle has yet to come back. Overall I was very satisfied with the price, the timeline, and the final outcome. That is why he is the ONLY landscaper I call when I have a project.

When he showed up, I went out to meet him, he was extremely pesonable, & very confident in his work (which he has every right to be). He went to work and before I knew, he was knocking on my door to let me know he had finished. I stepped out and expected a half done job since it was on such short notice, and he was done quickly. To my complete surprise, the yard looked better than it had in a while. I was extremely impressed, and voiced that to him. He also gave me a few pointers on how to maintain it myself, and ran some ideas by me to spruce up the curb appeal. All in all, things couldn't have been better. I let everyone know this guy is where it's at. I wouldn't hesitate to tell you to call him today, just to meet him and hear his ideas. He'll have you hooked in no time. I will be calling him again soon. Fantactic!
