Pristine Peaks Roof Cleaning and More

Pristine Peaks is one of the most professional, customer-oriented and friendly service providers we have known in the New River Valley. Tammy, the business manager, first walked us around our house gathering our service expectations, while offering suggestions and explaining the process, details and technicalities of pressure washing. She then took exterior measurements and sat down with us at her laptop and itemized and priced all job tasks. On the appointed job date and time, Tammy arrived introducing us to her two crew members, Tony and Joe, and revisited and confirmed all the job components to ensure agreement and understanding by all parties. Our home is three stories high in the back and two in the front, with brick and vinyl exterior, two level porches in front and one level deck in the back. Much of the structural components including vinyl siding, wooden railing and balusters and columns were grimy and moldy. Many architectural features such as shutters, windows, lintels, downspouts, gutters, fascia boards, etc. needed cleaning. Within the short span of six hours, the entire house sparkled and looked line new. Afterwards, Tony and Joe guided a walk about inspection to ensure all tasks were complete and offered to return if any items needed additional treatment. During the inspection, it became evident that the crew went the “extra mile” to include services not in the contract (e.g., cleaning sidewalk, deck surface and driveway also bees’ nest removal.) Considering the quality, complexity and rapidity of the job, the pricing was very competitive and well worth every dollar. Add to that the pleasure of working with friendly, courteous, capable and knowledgeable professionals. We will be shouting praises for Pristine Peaks “from the roof tops.”

Amazing work performed by this team! They went out of their way in communicating expectations of what the services entailed during the visit for the estimate. Additionally, their communication to help us plan for the cleaning as well as expectations of what we needed to do for preparing for the visit was excellent. Their work ethic and attention to detail was astonishing and my goodness, then end product!! I have have about a 75 foot concrete walkway around most of my house, and had just come to accept the dingle color as part of life....once Pristine Peaks were complete, the color was amazing! They don't use high-pressure to clean vinyl, so no damage to my home. I will definitely be using this group in my maintenance schedule for my house and would recommend them to anyone!

Incredible! Very professional. The pair pressure washed and soft washed various surfaces on my house to include brick, siding, windows, patios, gutters, and my roof. Years of mold, algae, dirt, and grime melted away making my house look bright and brand new.
