I wasn't at home when they arrived. I was assured by Mr. Cooper as long as windows and doors were closed it would be fine. Turned out beautiful! I am so pleased with results.

The Zapp It people were very nice. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and when selected for the job, completed it timely and thoroughly. My deck is kind of old, and they took care not to damage the wood when cleaning. After washing, they applied a water repellent that works great. The deck, which looked awful, now looks brand new.

Mr. Cooper returned my call in a timely fashion. I gave him the square footage of the home and patio, he gave me a rough estimate over the phone. I set the appointment, he showed up on time and did a very thorough job. The house looks great! The estimate was on target. I will definitely use Zapp-it in the future.

Mr. Cooper was prompt with returning my phone call, honest in his assessment, and extremely thorough and professional. The price I submitted for this report is approximate as I don't remember exactly how much I paid, either way, it was reasonable and worth it.
