Very good, salesman was very knowledgeable

I've used this business for 10 years now. Purchased vacuum about 10 years ago. Old vacuum needed repairs. Owner's son was very helpful as usual. Gave me all of the options regarding cost/benefit to repair or purchase new vacuum. I ended up buying a new one and fixing the basics on the old one to keep as a spare. After 10 years of abuse my old unit needed a cord, hose, beater bar,  and a few other minor things.  I've never felt pressured or oversold when dealing with Willet. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy folks that only sell you only what you need. I first went buy 10 years ago because I was tired of buying a cheap vac that didn't work well every 2 or 3 years.  If your ready to move into a decent vacuum that will work well and last for years then I highly recommend them. Several family members bought Meile's from them when I bought my Riccar and they're still running strong.

I was greeted at the door, very friendly and I told them what I was looking for. They showed me the line of the Panasonic. He was very accommodating and did not try to sell me a different brand. I asked him about the Riccar and he said it is a very good company and I bought it because it was made in America. I went the next day to buy it and there was another one up there that was a little bit more of an upgrade and I liked it; it was well made. He was very polite; he had put together the one I had planned to buy and he was not upset at all. When I upgraded to the other one, he was like "No problem, I don't mind at all". I really like the new one. I ended up buying the high end one. Two months later I went buy and told him I really like the new vacuum.

It went pretty well. He was quick about realizing what at least part of the problem was. The new wand works much better than the last one, but I still get the same problem occasionally.
