Overall, I was happy with the work. But, despite the fact that I brought in the two chairs and staff cut open the bottom of my chairs to investigate condition, the estimates were very low compared to final costs. They did call to let e know about extra costs, but at that point I had to take their word on what was necessary to make the chair solid. I felt a bit pressured to just approve the extra costs right then and there to keep the project moving forward. I would have liked to talk more about options in a less rushed manner while I was I the shop, not over the phone a few days later. The changes they called about should have been discernible when they cut the bottom on the chair to look at springs and frame.

The process went very well. We contacted them, found they would use our fabric, helped us remove the chairs from our vehicle and went to work. Very pleasant over the phone and did what they said they would do.
