we have used them for years and will use them for our next home too.

They are reliable and they do a good job and they come back if there is a problem.  The same people came back so they are familiar with the house and the dogs.

I just move to a different part of Richmond and Western transferred my contract and services to my new house without any problems.  I have been a customer of theirs for about 7 years and they have always been professional.  Their prices are a little higher than other companies. I don't mind paying a little bit more money to have an effective service rather than paying less money for inadequate results.  Go with Western if you want quality.

The technician arrived as scheduled and removed the wasp nest quickly with out incident of a sting

They were just fantastic. I never saw any bugs. They were always very respectful in my house and wore the little booties on my carpet so it wouldn't get dirty. Their office reception is very friendly and helpful. They are very courteous and you never talked to anybody with a bad attitude.

They do excellent service.

I really like this company they are very dependable.

I didn't dislike anything about them.  They were cheaper than the competitors that I have tried.  They came out when they were supposed to and they were there when they were supposed to.  They were cheaper than the other quotes I got.

They charge about $400 a year.  I like the fact that I don’t have any bugs.

After being stung for the third week by yellow jackets that nested in front yard, we hired Western Pest to take care of the problem. Made an appointment and the service represented came out to review the situations. He was very professional and direct. We discussed the available service options and he allowed me to make with decision without any pressure. Two days later the service tech came out right on time and took care of the problem (plus a couple of other while he was here). Very pleasent experience and we look forward to using them again.

All in all, though I think it was probably a little pricey.  They were very nice and respectful of my time, which I appreciated.

I have a yearly contract with them.  The quality of their work is good.  They are punctual, and their demeanor is fine.  They are very courteous.  They did the job.

I contacted Western by phone for a termite inspection. Inspector/salesman was thorough and personable. The treatment was performed about ten days later. The young man who performed the treatment was polite and professional. My only complaint was with his clean-up. His patching of the drilled holes in the garage was rather sloppy. Also the trench he had dug around the house was filled in rather sloppily. In his defense, however, it was an extremely cold day.

I signed a year contract and they came regularly. They found two places and took care of the problem. I was pleased with the results.

They are easy to get in contact with. They explain things. They worked well and worked around the pets.

They showed up on time. Were very professional. We are getting ready to relocate to another city and will be using them for the full termite inspection in a month.

I've been very pleased with Western. As I recall, I did find them right on Angie's List too. They really do very thorough work and they seem to be quite responsive to my needs. They will always answer questions and they complete their work in a time efficient manner, I would have to say.

We mostly had Western do this every month. Mainly it was inside but they would come and do outside if we needed it. They were good but they were not so good that we felt like we absolutely had to have them.

I like that the same serviceman comes out every 90 days to spray. He is very kind and gets right to work. I do have to leave for about 2 hours after he is done. The product that he uses has a slight order.

Kudos to Western and their representatives! They are an outstanding organization, and I have no hesitation to recommend them highly. Although this was my first experience with them in Virginia, I had used their firm in Maryland for more than 25 years (at 3 different homes) - it was a pleasure to find the branch in Richmond equally impressive.

They were great and very responsive.

I recently switched companies. I do not have anything against this company and I think they were doing a great job. I just wanted to save a little bit more money by getting a better payment plan that I could not get with these guys. However, the workers and the responsiveness of the company were great. They did do their job correctly and I would still recommend them to people. I probably would use them again if they would just lower their prices and offer some kind of payments to me.

Western Pest Control Services did a great job over the years as far as keeping the termites away from our home. They assured us that all of the chemicals that they put on our yard are people and pet friendly as we do have kids and pets.
