We are open 7 days a week and offer a courtesy shuttle for your convenience.

They are professional and provide good quality service. It is comfortable, nice, big, wide screen televisions. They do have a good idea where they have one area with the televisions and one area with no televisions for people who want to wait in a little quieter space. It shows they are thinking about their customers as far as the environment their customers would like to be waiting in.

They are dependable. Good service. They have a nice customer waiting area with a nice coffee machine and some breakfast treats but that wouldn't be the main reason I'd use them for auto service. That's just nice while you are waiting for your car, wide screen televisions. Obviously, the number one reason would be dependable auto service.

They were unable to determine why a new battery would not stay charged after performing diagnostic tests. I can understand that sometimes you can't find what's causing the problem but the cure they suggested was that I buy a Honda battery since other batteries are not made for Hondas. Having used non-Honda batteries in this car for the last 10 years made me pretty skeptical of that as a solution.
They returned the car to me with the glove compartment hanging off its hinges and the screw for it lying on the floor. I had to fix it when I got it home.

I think that they are pretty quick on whatever work that they are going to be doing. They don't seem to suggest any work that is not necessary at that time and they would let you know that if you have a potential problem you need to get it done in a certain time period. They are pretty quick it does not matter if it is an oil change or an extended work they seem to do it in a pretty reasonable amount of time. If I had to wait for it I did not have to do so for more than 2 hours. They seem knowledgeable, friendly and they have a nice waiting room. The last time I was there it was for an oil change and with their coupon it was just $40.

I don’t understand the negative reviews that have been afforded to this dealership, at least on the sales side of the house. I have closed two car deals with Tim Cartwright and both times he has been extremely knowledgeable, ethical and a joy to work with. Both times, credit was not an issue. I knew what car I wanted, what I wanted to pay (both times lower than West Broad Honda had in mind) and Tim was able to justify to his management where I was coming from (I presented research) and close the deal very quickly. Finance managers easy to work with and make an effort to beat even Honda’s financing to save you money. The entire process was sub-2 hours and I was on the road. The service side of the house needs work, but I feel that they are making improvements.

They have very friendly environment. You feel comfortable there and if there's issues or whatever they let you know if you're waiting for the car. They send basically reminders and stuff like that or they give you a call.
