After my brother passed away I was faced with the daunting task of administering his estate - which included clearing all of his personal belongings out of his house and arranging for appropriate disposal. Over the years he had become quite a "collector" (sometimes referred to as a hoarder), and no one in our family lived near his house (including me). As a result, our months of hit and miss attempts to sort through and clear out his belongings were far less than successful. Additionally, because I lived out of town, they were able to arrange and schedule their team over a long weekend in order to minimize the impact on me. I cannot say enough about how well Legacy Navigator addressed my needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. For anyone addressing a similar situation, it is important to recognize that this is a very labor intensive process, and as a result you can expect a commensurate level of cost. But for me the service provided by Legacy Navigator proved to be invaluable. I've attached before and after photos of the basement do demonstrate the quality of their work.
