Wash-It-Clean Restorations

When I first contacted them for an estimate I was extremely impressed with the level of research Scott did (he used google maps and a couple other sites to look at our house online) and with the detail he put into his estimate.  We scheduled the appointment several weeks in advance, even before we closed on the house.  Two days out however I contacted him to confirm but he said he had to postpone because he was booked from the hurricane (I wondered whether he would have called had I not).  I was less than happy having made the appointment specifically to avoid delays and to do it while I had off from work.  We did get it done the next week, however, and once Scott got there he went right to work and worked hard for a couple of hours.  He took great pains to cover our bushes around the house and protect the area as much as possible from the cleaning solution, but a couple of our plants have still been affected (thus the B instead of an A).  I'm hopeful they won't die but it's something I wasn't prepared for and since we just put a few of them in I'm hoping we didn't waste money on them.  That's partly my fault though.  Scott was very professional and polite throughout.  Overall I would recommend him and even use him again but I recommend you ask lots of questions before doing it.
