I always take my vehicles to Wallace for on-going maintenance. This trip I was particularly mindful of safety related maint. as I am now a father of two boys 3 and 9 months. I went in for service, needing an oil change and tire rotation. Additionally my rear windshield wiper was not working and I thought perhaps that the brake pads needed to be replaced since we are original owners of the vehicle and it has 53,000 miles. I mentioned these things to William and he said they would take a look. Within minutes he came back and said the wiper simply had a nut that needed to be tightened. They repaired that, no charge. 20 min later, he came back and said that brakes look good and that I must do a lot of highway driving as they had 40% of their life left. So I walked out paying $72 for oil change and tire rotation. Walking in the door I was thinking $500 for new brakes and a new wiper motor.
In my experience with other service places, especially dealerships, I feel like they would have taken advantage of the situation. "Yes you need new brake pads" and "yes you need a new rear wiper motor", regardless of their actual condition. Instead William and the tech's at Wallace were up front and honest.
I couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

I had the inspection done Friday afternoon, they told me why the car did not pass. They showed me a picture on line.I know the car has rust problems. I called on Monday morning and Bryan told me to drop it off first thing Tuesday morning. I did and at that time he showed me the part that they were replacing. It was ready by lunch time. They are nice and the waiting room is clean!! My only complaint was, they would not deduct the price of $16.00 for the inspection fee off. I felt they should have since I had the work done there. I called a couple other places and was told if work was done at there shop, they would have deducted what I already paid for the inspection fee. When it cost $268.00 to have it fixed, I would have thought they could have gave me credit for the inspection fee!!Over all, I will probably use them again!!!

I have had good experiences with them. They do really good work. Their pricing is reasonable. They are prompt with their service. It's hard to find a good place that really does decent and honest work, and they are good at that.

The company was recommended to me by a few friends, so I contacted them about some needed service, as well as getting my 100K mile maintenance done. The service writer was helpful and informative, and the price quoted was very reasonable. I dropped my vehicle off, expecting the work to be done in one day, but there was something (or things) that they needed to order and their local parts supplier did not have in stock, so I needed to leave the car over night. A minor inconvenience, but not something I feel was unreasonable. This was clearly out of their control.
My only issue was they one of my wiper blades was not replaced as I was told it would be, and paid for. Sure, this is an easy fix and I can do it myself, but I was there, they offered, and I figured that I might as well get it done. I did not discover this until a couple of days after getting my car back, when it first rained, and I saw that the wiper blade was torn from it's base. I then went back to the shop the next day and the blade was quickly replaced. The service writer also apologized for the inconvenience.
One thing I'd like to point out: The lobby of the shop is very clean, comfortable, and pleasant to wait in. You feel like you're in a nice doctor's office with comfortable chairs, magazines to read, etc. Very unlike most auto repair shops.

Wallace Automotive Inc is convenient, no appointment necessary. They specialize in Hondas and Accuras, so I am comfortable with them. The technicians are courteous, fast, and don't push for extra unnecessary repairs.

They specialize in Hondas but they also work on other cars. They are excellent. I think they are very honest and very good. I have had major repairs done there before, but not the last time. They won't tell me that I need to get something replaced just to get more business. I think that they are trustworthy, which means a lot to me. I started going to them because I liked them and I felt that they were fair price wise.
