VERTICAL BUILDERS

I recieved several bids for the project and Vertical Builders were the lowest and most responsive. The work was done on budget and on time. The owner Ryan is very accessable when you have a question. There was never a day that went by with out progress made on the addition. I highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

I was very pleased overall. Ryan was very professional. He got the job done in a timely fashion. He was very detail oriented. The finished product was amazing.

We were planning an addition to one of our rental houses. I had seen examples of some of his remodeling and the quality was excellent. Ryan recommended against hiring him or performing the addition based on return on investment. He spent some time with us and only charged us a nominal fee for recommendations and planning improvements that we were able to perform ourselves eg. bathroom and kitchen low cost remodel. Based on the results, I trust his recommendations as well as his work.

Excellent, very conscientious. We had constant and continuous communication through every process. It was relatively pain free considering how a normal addition can go and having a section of your home ripped open. Ryan went over the top to keep our lives separated from the construction and overall fluid scheduling process with the least amount of inconveniences. We love our new home!
