From the time Christina came out to give us an estimate, Vaughan Landscaping was a pleasure to work with. Workers came and cleared out two separate areas of our yard. Both have large shrubs, weeds and wild vines and one had a rotting section of fencing. They did a great job removing everything we asked and cleaned up a redbud bush we wanted to keep. They cleaned up everything and it turned out great. Highly recommend this company.

They were very responsive in coming to assess work. Listened well and had an estimate in short order. Scheduled the work and the crew was professional and in the end I am very pleased with their work! Very happy!!

Very well they completed the whole job in the two hours paid for.

See photos. Vaughn arrived on time with a crew of four. I was planning they would handweed, but the supervisor in explained that they would be using RoundUp, and o/w the amount of time needed would be expensive. He said most of the customers were initially reluctant to use roundup, but it would break down (although that is debatable). So I went ahead with it. The crew was quite efficient, in fact, so efficient, that I did not have time to take before shots of certain areas. They also took down a few small trees. The only problem was that they cut down a few, but not all, producing grapevines. Photos are of side yard, and the fence and the gate of a dog pen the previous owners had built. Cost: $268 for the Big Deal + $225 for 90 minutes of extra time + $50.00 for hauling the debris, which I thought was reasonable considering the amount.

They were on time, polite and professional. I was hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were prompt, polite, efficient and very hard working. They did a beautiful job under challenging conditions, as the yard had been neglected. They hauled a lot of debris away and left everything spotless. I will definitely hire them again, and encourage others too as well. You will be glad you did!

Overall very good work. I was surprised that they did not trim/cut the weeds growing up from under my deck but this aside, their work is excellent and I will hire again.

The 2 men were an hour late but they worked the full 3 hours. I walked around my yard with the man who trimmed my bushes and showed him what I needed done. I told him to mulch the front yard first and then do the back yard beds with plants before adding mulch to beds that had no plants. He in turn told his coworker, who mulched most of the back yard, including the beds with no plants, before mulching the front yard. I was home the entire time, but no one asked me any questions about the mulching, if they had any. Their work was very good, but next time, I'll talk to the person who's actually doing the work I need done.

I couldn't believe how quickly the 4 men worked and the change it made in the yard and the look of our home in general.

FANTASTIC! Mr. Vaughan spent time going over everything with me to get the best possible results and I am thrilled with the results. All we have to do now is maintain it. I do plan to have them come back in the fall to help us with the leaves and tiddying up the flower beds. I did purchase an hour of extra work and it was well worth it.

2 worked steadily for 4.5 hours. Their work was thorough and careful.

The cleanup went well. Took them about 1 1/2 hours. Did a good job. Dealing with the office management was another matter. We told them if there was a hauling fee we were not interested in them doing the job. About the time they were finished, 1 to 1 1/2 hours after beginning, the office called and told us we would be charged a hauling fee because we said we would need 3 hours. We did not say that. In an earlier phone conversation we were told that if the service and the hauling away took less than 3 hours we would not be charged a hauling fee. After a rather intense discussion, we cleared that issue up. They arrived about 8:30 AM, started about 9:00 AM and finished around 10:30 AM. Left about 15 or 20 minutes later. I don't know what they used as their start/ stop time. Because of my problems with the office I would not use them again and do not recommend them.
