It was fine. I think it could've been cheaper. It wasn't like the greatest experience, but they were professional. They were good. The problem was that there was a piece in our electrical box. It was old that needed to be replaced. They couldn't source the part. They had to replace the whole thing. I did my own search; I couldn't find the piece that they needed. So, I don't know to what extent, you know of them being truthful about actually looking. Other than that they were punctual they were professional, they came out and did it quickly.

Went well. Work was performed when scheduled and with knowledge.

They did a great job, very professional and knowledgeable. James was especially polite, consciencous and proficient. He stayed later one day to finish up the job well rather than leave the job unfinished for another day. Would highly recommend their services.

While they were helpful and accommodating with repairing the issues that had been caused by them they sent an apprentice with the electrician and needed to come back two times and redo things.  I feel they did not sent the most qualified electricians.

Everything went fine, I am happy with the results.

All is good. Punctual arrival, courteous and patient.   Installed one chandelier; we didn't like it, he took it down while we ran to the store to buy another one, then he installed the new one and boxed up the old one.  Didn't grumble about our indecisiveness.

They finished the original project and I was also able to get the shed wired. They accidentally dug up the pipe to the irrigation system, but told me about it and then fixed it. In the past, contractors would break something and you wouldn't know about it until the next spring when you ran the system again. To me it was an honest mistake, and I appreciated the way they handled it.

I purchased the Angies Deal for the breaker panel replacement.  Mark contacted me promptly after the purchase and we worked out the scheduling and everything was performed as promised.  Mark was on time and prompt throughout the process and the professionalism of everyone involved from US Electric was outstanding.  I would definitely recommend this provider for any and all electrical needs.

Moved bathroom lights and installed several wall outlets. They covered a lot of work in the time allowed.

I purchased the big deal $345 for an electrician for eight hours/or two electricians for four hours.  Mark contacted me the next day and we discussed the type of work to be done.  I wanted to have the ability to connect my gas generator to my electrical panel in the event that the power goes out.  This would allow me to power certain areas of the house without running a bunch of electrical cords throughout the house.  Mark asked me to send him pictures of the electrical panel, the generator, and the area where I wanted the connector box to go on the outside of the house.  This was done to calculate the price for the materials.  He called me back a few days later and said that the materials would be between five and six hundred dollars.  The materials were more than I anticipated, but after I contacted some other companies for the same work I found that the materials from the other companies were around the same price.  I went ahead and scheduled the installation for October 18, 2013.  Reggie and Austin arrived on time and went straight to work.  They were extremely detailed in their work and were very polite and professional.  They completed the generator kit and were also able to replace five outdoor light fixtures in the four hour time frame.  Everything was completed to code requirements and Reggie and Austin cleaned up everything before they left.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an electrician and I would use them again in the future.

They came the same day and fixed outlets at my parent's house. They were in and out in about a half hour. Very professional, prompt and friendly.

James and James of US Electric were both great and worked as a team to get a list of electrical items taken care of from a house purchase inspecton including fixing outlets, checking circuit breaker box for recommended changes, fixing light sockets, etc. Will definitely call back for future needs.

They arrived at approximately the agreed time They went to work right away. They kept busy the whole time and did very good and neat work.

They were really friendly and informative. I had an emergency that took me out of town and they were with me on the date. They helped me and when we looked at other things that I needed to do, they shared information about what would be some of the best approaches if I was to have that work done.

Neat, Punctual, stayed in communication, friendly, these are the kind of people you dont mind coming into your home and doing work.  They even gave their cell number to call if a problem arose at night.

Very nicely done.  The owner called to get the scope of work to be done, and after some code consultation and several photos (via e-mail) we agreed that the work could be done in the time allotted.  The crew was very punctual and efficient.  After a brief walk-thru before starting, there was one interruption for clarification and then the job was complete.

I'm very satisfied with the work done, and would definitely use them again.

It went very well. Went out to  buy new light for over the sink and motion lght. Suggested that new fixtures moe reasonable than parts they  needed. Bought fixtures and replaced them. I was pleased with them. Left no mess for me to clean up.

I purchased Angie's List Big Deal, which offered 1 electrician for 8 hours or 2 electricians for 4 hours.  I spoke with the service manager for US Electric, and I decided to have 2 electricians for 4 hours.  I figured this would be more convenient for me, and also if anything were to come up, the one electrician could help the other.  After the two electricians had been at the home 1 1/2 hours, only one fixture had been replaced and two more removed.  I noticed that one of the gentlemen was doing all the work and the other one was holding the screws and watching.  I asked the two gentlemen if they could split up and work separately.  They very nicely told me that I paid for only one electrician and they only had one ladder (I guess the other ladders on their truck were for exterior work).I was frustrated that the gentlemen were taking their sweet time after I had paid for their work up front.  I called the service manager, and he was very nice. I explained what I had paid for and what I expected.  He said that someone would pick up the other electrician and leave the other one there for 8 hours.  I asked the electrician to replace 3 surface mount light fixtures with recessed lights.  I purchased the remodel recessed lights that I had been told to purchase.  The electrician pulled off the old lights in our brand new home (it was built this summer) and he said the wires were too short.  He told me to go to the store and find recessed lights that had the place to connect the wires at the top of the can versus on a bracket about 6 inches from the light or he would have to open sheet rock in the walls to fish out wires.  I went to both Home Depot and Lowes and a lighting store.  No one had or knew what the electrician was talking about.  I spoke with licensed electricians at all the stores, and they gave me the same advice.  I went back to the house after running around for over an hour and told the electrician what the other folks had said.  He tried it and it worked!  I was frustrated that I had to provide advice to the electrician I was paying.  The gentleman seemed very inexperienced.  I suppose if someone were looking for a light to be replaced with a very similar fixture and nothing went wrong, he would have been able to complete the job smoothly.  In the future, I will be looking for a company that sends more experienced electricians to do the work.  Althought the work was finished and everything looks okay now, I am not very happy with the time and energy that I had to spend figuring out how to get the job done.  Younger electricians should be quick to call their service manager for advice to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.

They were excellent and inexpensive.  I had several estimates, and they were nearly 50% and in some cases almost 100% cheaper than anybody else.  They were punctual, very professional and very quick with the work.

Big job, professional estimate, performed within the timeframe we agreed upon, no complaints.  Quality work at a reasonable price.
