We had a different team than our usual team and boy could we see a difference. They missed emptying trash cans. The didn’t refold/hang towels. The bathroom floor, if washed, was not washed washed well. They didn’t sweep the wood floors around the carpet. Susan and her team have been cleaning for us for a year so we have discussed a few things, thus a few other things weren’t done but they are things that you wouldn’t necessarily know to do being new. It just was not up to our typical quality.

The ladies are courteous, thorough and consistent. We have a lot of important family pieces throughout the house. They are very mindful and respectful of these items when cleaning. Their efforts, talents, skills, thoroughness and consistency are very much appreciated. One wonders why Two Maids exhibit these skills and other services do no come close. I would mention our two ladies, but I don't want to create a big demand for their talents and we lose them.

Fine, a good job overall. One bowl was broken, however a note was written to explain, apologise, and the management has offered compensation to replace it. Overall the experience has been very good, easy. Professional.

Great experience! Pleasant, professional, hard-working, efficient, thorough. Set price, regardless of time it takes. Am alternating thorough clean with touch up visits x2/month; touch up was 5-6 man hours for team of two housekeepers. Thank you!

My first experience with Two Maids and a Mop was great! It was easy to use (I booked online), then the owner called and talked to me to finalize the schedule. The employees were very pleasant and it was great coming home to a clean house. I would highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future!

The ladies were on time and very friendly. They did a great job with dusting on the main level and the house smelled great when they were done. I did however find many things that I was not satisfied with. Under the kitchen table still had dog hair around all the chair legs. There was a pile of debris in the middle of the kitchen floor from a dustpan pickup? The air intake vent on the wall had gobs of black fuzz or hair in it that were not there at the beginning (my dog sheds gray hair). Two of the kitchen counters had not been wiped down with crumbs still around the toaster and dust on small appliances. One of the area rugs had been rolled up and placed out of the way while cleaning the floor only to be returned with dog hair on it and never vacuumed. The one bathroom looked great while the other bathroom could've have been wiped down a little better.

This was the initial cleaning and they did a very good job. I look forward to using them on a monthly basis. They provide the cleaning products and two people worked for 3 1/2 hours. The service is rather expensive so I expect only the highest quality of service.
