I was thrilled to find out how reasonable True Steam's pricing was, and even happier when I came home and saw my carpets! They look so much brighter and visible stains were removed. I had called around to various companies previous to True Steam to get carpet cleaning estimates, and was disappointed at how expensive most were. True Steam was both affordable and also very well priced for the service I received. The gentleman I worked with was great about explaining what he was going to be doing, and definitely went above and beyond on more than one occasion. I'm very happy with the end product and will definitely use True Steam again.

Andrew called on his way, showed up on time and did a GREAT job.  The carpets look awesome.  There were several stains in high traffic areas and it now looks just like new!  He even took care of a stain in a hidden place under a door that I forgot to point out to him during our initial walk thru.

Andrew gave me different time slots to pick. He was punctual and started right away. Cleaned two rooms and left the carpet looking brand new. All stains were gone. I will definitely recommend and will use their services again.

I was looking for a trustworthy and reliable carpet cleaner, not necessarily the cheapest, but the best and most professional. That's exactly what I received with True Steam LLC. Getting a quote was quick and easy and the technician answered all of my questions in a clear way that was easy to understand. On the day of the cleaning the technician called me prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. I had four rooms of carpet cleaned and they turned out great! The technician moved all of the furniture out of the way to clean and put it right back when he was done. I had a couple stains that I unsuccessfully tried to remove several times that the technician was able to get out. My carpets look new and they fully dried in just a couple hours which was much faster than when I'd had them cleaned previously! I'd highly recommend this company.
