They alerted me to other maintenance needs that my house needed, outside of their offered services. They were very pleasant to work with, very tidy and honest. I intend to recommend this company to everyone that I can. I also will be hiring them again in the future. They do business the way it should be done!!

They were prompt, did everything they promised and were very communicative. We have already recommended them to others!

This company could not have been better in willingness to make sure they understood my needs for structural changes as well as roofing. The two men who own this company are wonderful to work with. This was a very complicated job with an overhang needing to be cut off and rake board put on. There has been a leaking problem in one of the rooms that had been added on almost ever since it was built. They immediately saw what causes the problem and offered a way to solve it. Corbels were missing as a result of a siding job previously done by another company and needed to be replaced. They replaced them. The workmen they have working for them are extremely polite and very conscientious. When one of the workmen came back to get some of their supplies, he noticed a very small piece of metal left on the roof where it was almost impossible to see from the ground and went back up to get it. I am very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend them highly. If I need anything else they can do, I will call them.

Tredegar Construction is top-notch. Extremely professional and at fair price. I have worked with them on several projects. My roof was dripping condensation into the attic. Tredegar identified the root of the problem. They explained the steps that needed to happen in order to solve the problem. They mapped everything out for me addressing each item and staying in touch with me along the way. I am looking forward to working with them on my next home project!

I had Tredegar do a new roof on a 3 bedroom house on Keats Road, in Henrico County. They were very professional, easy to work with and cleaned up after they were done. They were experienced enough to recognize that some of the underlaying wood structure needed to be replaced before they finished the roof. They did the repair that was needed and didn't ignore that aspect of the job that couldn't have been anticipated. I like folks that tell me I have a problem that they can fix and needs to be done before the roof is completed. Three years ago, they did another new roof on a 3 bedroom house on Weymouth Road in Richmond. There has been no problems with the roof they installed 3 years ago. In that job, they finished in a day and cleaned up beautifully. They do expect payment at the completion of the job and do not at this time accept credit cards.
