I tried Rusty Rothrock of The Lindsay Group at the recommendation of my realtor, and after my first not so pleasant experience with another inspector, I was happy that we went with Rusty this go 'round. Rusty was very personable and helpful at explaining things that were good about the house and the areas of needed improvement. Although a bit tardy because of the torrential rain and thunderstorm that we had to battle with the day of the inspection, when he arrived, he got right to work. He was great! He photographed any and all areas of concern and his report was thorough and punctually received.
The other quality that I really appreciated about Rusty was the fact that as we talked about the renovations we wanted to make to the home, he provided recommendations of companies that he's had good experiences with in the past. As a first-time homebuyer, personal recommendations go such a longer way than just reading a review online.

Rusty is the guy s name that performed this inspection. He seems to be very good. He makes sure everything is up to date with the house for buyers. The charge all depends on the size of the house, but it is very reasonable. Compared to others, he is very reasonable. The larger the house, the more the price goes up.
