First I would give Interior Guys a 10 star rating for their Service and dealing with an OCD customer. ( lol ) I am so grateful to Tiffany to take my numerous calls . She was kind , warm and friendly and worked with my insurance company . Dan was Awesome in looking at my top and handling all that needed to be done on Soft Top . Trent did an Amazing job installing the top perfectly. His aim as he told me was to make sure the customer is Happy and he did !! Dylan went through the top install after it was completed. He was very thorough and answered all my questions!! Very knowledgeable. These four people are Top Notch . You all were Amazing and I’m so Happy that I stuck with you all from the beginning to the end and I hope you will get additional customers based on my review. I called and got a quote, set up an appointment.  They were ready to start when I arrived.  It took about an hour.  Looked great when they were finished, like brand new.  The woman working the counter was very pleasant, she was the only person I spoke with that day. I would call them again if I had interior or other cosmetic problems with a vehicle.

Dropped car off around 8:00 AM. Was told they would call when ready. Around 3:00PM, received call that car was done. Picked it up and looks great. No problems!

Interior Guys helped me replace an uncomfortable sofa in my RV with a comfy reclining love seat. They had to custom engineer my solution due to the space restrictions and requirements. The result - an outstanding job. Solid, functional and professional. I asked them to do one more finishing touch, which turned out better than I had anticipated. They went above and beyond for me. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, and wanting to help.

Very well. We dropped off the car when asked and picked up when they indicated it would be ready. The entire transaction was handled very professionally.

Fair. Did not complete job on time. Each time they came up with an excuse i.e. cable didn't come in and when it did it was the wrong cable. Job was completed about 7 days after promised. I personally would not use them again

The work was professionally done and the price was good. The only issue was the vehicle was not ready when promised. They did scramble to do it when I arrived and after I waited about an hour they had my truck ready. Very nice people to work with and excpet for the mix-up on completion time they did an excellent job. I would use them again.

The estimate was quite accurate. At first it was only going to take a day (and be ready on Thurs), but they called after we dropped off the car to say that the leather they had ordered and received was scarred and so they didn't want to use it. I think other lesser places would have just gone ahead and used the scarred leather. Ordering the new leather took another day so the car wasn't ready until Friday. They did an absolute gorgeous job. They matched the color perfectly. They also inserted new padding. The seat looks factory new. The tear on the back pocket was repaired so well I couldn't tell where it had been. Tony, the guy that does the actual work was anxious to know if we were pleased. He really takes pride in his work. We would definitely use Interior Guys again, which we might have to because Acuras have notoriously weak leather on their seats.

When I first saw my 2002 Acura 3.2 TL sitting in the dealership lot I knew I had to have it. Before purchasing it I took it to several mechanics which all told me that the car was is excellent mechanical condition. It only had 74,000 miles on it and I knew it would last me a long time. After I bought it I realized that the original owner had not taken good care of the tan leather interior. Since it was like a new car to me I wanted it to look new. I searched around town for people who do interior restorations and came across Danny and The Interior Guys. I immediately checked with the Better Business Bureau and saw that Danny had been in business a long time, since August 1st, 1999, and an A+ BBB rating so I dropped by one day to check out his operation. At that time he was at his old location. When I went in Danny stopped what he was doing and immediately greeted me with smile and a handshake. We talked for about 30-45 minutes about why he's the best at what he does, answering every last question I asked, which were many. I got the overwhelming sense that Danny treated every car he works on like it was his own, and at that moment I knew he was the right guy for the job. Several months later when they moved into their current location I finally had enough money for him to completely restore the entire interior of my car, top to bottom and front to back. I was very meticulous with my notes and pointed everything out to Danny that I wanted fixed; basically I wanted a show room new interior. I gave Danny the keys and told him to take as much time as he needed to do it right. The day I picked my car up I was in awe. I consider myself to be OCD about the things I care about and my car is definitely one of those things. The entire interior was spotless. He fixed cracks in my steering wheel, coffee stains on the carpets, ink stains on the back seats, huge fissures in the center console and matched the color of the tan leather to OEM specs; something that a lot of people can't do or don't understand the value in keeping a car to its OEM specs. It wasn't cheap but it was a lot less than I would have paid him for the results he produced. Not only was he a great guy to talk to and deal with but he was also a very honest business man. He missed a couple of things I had pointed out to him (which is understandable when you consider the magnitude of the job) so I gave him a call. He told me to drop the car off and everything would be taken care of. Two days later the car was ready. I asked how much I owed them and they said “nothing.” Most businesses would try a wring a few more dollars out of you for a second visit but Danny was glad to do the work. If you care how the interior of your car looks there's only one company I can suggest to you, The Interior Guys.
