The job went beautifully. Especially pleased with the grading that took place to level the walkways. The 2 man team appeared expert in this line of work. They worked quickly and efficiently but with precision.

Initially very responsive with bid and timeline was good while working with new pool installation. The problems started soon after the installation was completed. The mortar used in the coping around the pool was incorrect and kept bleeding into the sides of the pool. They came out promptly to clean the sides of the pool and also to power wash the pavers (which I think should have been done without having to ask) and that took care of the problem for a few days but then the staining came back. They came back out and ground out the old grout and replaced with silicone. What I don't understand is why the wrong grout was used in the first place. They act like this is their first install around a pool. The problem seems to be fixed for now but not without a lot of mess and extra cleaning by me and chemicals for the pool. All of the old grout ended up in the pool. A few days later there was a very heavy rain and the mud on the other side of the retaining wall came pouring over the wall into my pool. It was a muddy mess. Keith, one of the owners, came out to look at it and I could tell from the beginning he did not feel responsible for any of the problems. He said it was built as per the proposal. That may be true but I feel like they should have talked to me about the fact that the wall should have been higher or the dirt level brought lower. They are the professionals and should have discussed it with me. If there were going to be extra expenses to make it right I would have been fine with that. The only thing Keith could offer was for me to pay an extra $600 to add another level to the wall. He seemed very annoyed that they would have to do this. I thought a retaining wall is supposed to "retain" the dirt. Thus the name retaining wall. He said if I had planted grass this would not have happened. I have not been able to have grass put in because of problems with the utility companies having to bury cables that were disturbed during construction. The last of that was just finished a few days ago. Or if I had put in a flower beds, which Keith said he thought I was doing, then the mulch would have ended up in the bottom of the pool. Keith said "What do you want me to do? I can't just wave a magic wand and make it All OK". This is how you talk to a customer who just spent $16,000. I have since tried to rinse off the pavers where the mud spilled over and I noticed the water runs right into the pool. This is such a lousy design. Any wash off will go right into the pool along with any dirt or trash. Unfortunately I was not aware of this until we had a heavy rain. Keith was so unprofessional and seemed to not want to help offer any solutions or take any responsibility for such a poor design. I would definitely not recommend them for any work done especially around a pool. They don't seem to take much pride in their work or customer service. Very disappointed. I have since hired another company to raise the level of the wall and now I love it.

It went superbly. Completed on time even with significant rain system that disrupted the project for a few days. Great work; easy to work with; very professional.

Our job was completed in a timely manner after being on a docket with a short waiting period. We primarily dealt with Keith Peck, one of the 2 brothers who owns the business. He was very personable and nice to deal with and was very accommodating to our budget and needs in the design of the patio. We were very pleased with the finished product and it is holding up well to date.
