We used this company for about 6 years.  They were not the most responsive, but for the price, the services were adequate.  We were mostly happy until we discovered that the technician stole our silver!  Yes, we had the police come, filed criminal charges, the technician pled guilty and the man was convicted of a felony.  Of course this was a time consuming, miserable process.  
We still to this day do not have our silver back or monetary compensation for it.  The owner of the business, Tony Liggons, was aware of the charges and repeatedly promised to "make good" and "do the right thing," but he wanted to wait until the criminal trial was over.  The trial was over in August and I have contacted him repeatedly with no response.  I have now filed a civil suit against the owner and the business to try to obtain compensation so that we may replace our silver.  Mr. Liggons continues to try to put me off and offer excuses as to why he won't pay now, but continues to say that he is going to do the right thing.
I feel that we got into a bad situation and we were just lucky for a long time.  The technician who stole our silver had a prior criminal record and I feel that he should not have been hired to go into someone's home in the first place.  Upon further investigation, we have seen where the owner of the company has had some criminal charges against him as well.  I think that this business is a shady operation and I do not think it is run professionally.  I would STAY AWAY from this business.

I have signed a contract with them for a year but have only used them once so far; I want to see how they are doing over a couple of times. They appeared to be very honest and did a thorough job. All my questions were answered because they explained. So, far I have not had any trouble and will be using them again. At this point in time I have no complaints.

They are very friendly, do what they say they are going to do and have reasonable pricing.

They always called first and would show up on time. They did a good job controlling the bugs and I was very pleased to recommend this company. I was happy with the results I saw and the price was okay with me. I trusted them in my home completely.
