Supercuts

When I walked into the business, there was a "no wait" sign in the window. After 45 minutes, I inquired how much longer it would be and I was told 5 minutes. It was longer than an additional 5 minutes. The stylist tried to cut my hair without washing it, regardless of the fact that I had asked for a shampoo and cut when I came in. I asked the stylist what "no wait" meant and she could not answer that. I also asked what a tea tree treatment was since I was charged for it, and she could not answer that either.  She did not sweep the floor from the previous hair cut before calling me over to the chair. She cut my hair too short in spite of my telling her where to cut it. She did not appear to know what texturing hair meant and I had to demonstrate. She left my credit card on the counter in full sight of everyone in the salon while I went home to get another credit card. Her failure to secure my credit card could have resulted in my credit card or identity being stolen. This is the second bad experience that I have had at this location. I have written to the owner and have never received any type of communication from them in return.
