I was pretty bummed when I found out I might have termites in my remodeled 1920 house - especially since my crawl space is pretty inaccessible. But these guys found a way to treat my home. I appreciate the transparency Mr Spence granted me right off the bat. When he realized it was going to be a tricky home to treat, he took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and find a creative solution that was still affordable compared to other possible solutions. On game day, after the bottom siding boards were removed and they were able to see the entire crawl space, my price actually went down by about 15%! And still, he worked with me to break up the total sum into several payments. They showed up when scheduled and did exactly what he described - all the while educating me on the process - and etymology as well! These guys are clearly passionate about their craft, and it shows. I wont ever hire any other exterminator! Highly recommended.

We have been using Spence's for years and have nothing but praise in regards to their responsiveness, service and professionalism. As others have stated, they don't push services on you and I have always been open and honest.

The entire experience was very positive. From my initial call, to the appointment, to invoice and payment, all went well. I would recommend Spence to anybody needing pest control services.

We've been using them for years. We have a maintenance plan with them and every time they treat we get a bill and we just pay them. We just had them do a specialized treatment for some termites, we didn't have any in the wood of the house, but we found some tunnels and that was around $700 or $800. I know the owner. I used to do contractor work and I've done some work for him in the past. They do a great job and we don't have any troubles with them at all. I would tell people about their integrity and honesty. They don't try and sell you anything that you don't need. We've used some other companies in the past and we weren't that impressed with the service and that's why we switched to Spence's.

They didn't charge me because they couldn't find anything. They did a termite treatment about a year and a half ago. They came out later in April to check for reptiles, didn't find anything, they were pretty decent about it, and didn't charge me anything. They were down to earth, honest, came out twice, didn't charge me anything, that was pretty unusual, they were very responsive, and came when I called them. They are nice people and friendly. I could have a conversation with them and they didn't always try to turn it into a dollar. I didn't shop around for price. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

We have an issue with ants in our area so they have to come in the spring and summer to treat for that. They will come back between quarterly visits at no extra charge if we have issues. They will come back as often as we need them to. We had a terrible problem with yellow jackets and they came to take care of that at an extra charge. Their prices are fair.

They are good communicators. They arrange your schedule as soon as possible. They do a good job.

They were very good. They were prompt. They came on time and did what we asked them to do. We were satisfied.

They are very thorough, they take their time and usually a visit will take 1 hour or longer. If you have a problem with bugs between visits they will come out at no charge. We have called them the past 3 years and will continue to call them.

We have found that this company hires extremely professional and friendly employees. We really like them a lot and would encourage others in this area to look into their services. They really are great and they are never a problem.

Spence's Pest Control Company does a great job. They always let me know what they are doing, and if anything needs to be done. They are also very courteous. I had one gentleman offer to tack up some insulation that had fallen down.

Spence's did a great job getting rid of the spiders in our new home. They were extremely courteous and polite. They also explained what they were doing every step of the way. We have had very little issue with spiders since Spence's Pest Control came out.
