BUYER BEWARE......SOFA DESIGN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY.After 4 months, Chairs are now tilting to the left side 2-3" and are very unstable. We have requested a refund. Store owner, Ed Barton, promised to send a repairman but never did. Sofa Design does not support their faulty product.
He suggested we sit on opposite side of chairs to make them level. Ed Barton says this is normal performance for a swivel rocker chair and no refund will be given.
Ed Barton was not truthful about the performance of these chairs at the time of purchase. If he was, we would not have purchased them. We also filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Ed Barton was not truthful to BBB. He said we would not return the repairman's phone calls.
Our cat jumped on top of back of chair and it completely tipped over.
These chairs are only 4 months old. Will the performance continue to get worse ??.
