I got a crack in my windshield. At the the recommendation of my insurance company, I called Smiley's. I left the car at my house and made arrangements for my wife to take me to work while they came out and replaced the glass. Afterwards, I discovered that they had failed to hook the windshield washer hose back up. This required leaving the car again at home for them to come and fix it.(The company offered to come to my office to do the installation, but my work schedule prevented that.)
I then discover that the windshield they installed was distorted on the lower edge which made the lines in the highway appear as though they were diving in on me. I scheduled a third appointment and again made alternate arrangements for transportation to work when they came out a third time to do the job right.
The two technicians who installed the second windshield were pleasant. However, that does not make up for the company's inefficiency (incompetence?) nor the inconvenience it caused me.also, the quality of their replacement windshields is unacceptable.

Smiley's has replaced several windshields for me in the past and the quality of work is very good. They showed up on time and the work was completed without a hitch. One of the installers had 25 years of experience. I will use them again in the future.
