Shibley Enterprises was very responsive and professional. They showed up promptly at the time at which they communicated the previous day. They arrived on time and performed the work that was estimated, as well as fixed other minor repair around my house at no additional cost. They made other recommendations and provided very reasonable estimates. We've already scheduled the follow-up visit and would recommend these guys to anyone. They were very honest and provided great service!
Not sure about the other review but we had no problems with their responsiveness, service, or professionalism. They were actually recommended by some friends who have used them for years and they have shared similar feedback (and have heard very similar things from other customers that have also used them).
