Once I found the place (a little hard - Google GPS seems to get confused by the Suite number and use that as the street number instead. It's the brick building of businesses next to Libbie Market, go around to the back, they're actually in the basement level), the ladies were very nice, they have giant fitting rooms, had me get into my clothes, marked where I wanted the pants cropped too, and did the job in about 1 week. I got the feeling it could have been faster since they asked me when I needed them but I wasn't in a rush. The pants fit perfect when I got them back, no extra little stray threads on them either like I've sometimes gotten from other tailors. Professional looking job. I had tried another place previously and unfortunately it looked like a 10-year old had sewn the seam back together. NOT here! Sandy's was great!
