+ -1 moreSam called and said he would be out on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 12 or 12:30. He NEVER showed or called. Absolutely poor customer service. As of today (5/7), I have not heard from him. I wasted my whole Saturday waiting on him and he didn't even show up or care to call and explain WHY he didn't show!
Description of Work: I have a bathroom that a portion of the sub floor and tile needed to be replaced
