I received a MUCH lower offer for the job after verbally awarding it to this pro. Having made the offer; I kept my word. I have no serious complaints about the quality of the work performed. My major complaint revolves around poor communication about when job would start, when completed, and a failure to show up at the appointed time to receive payment for the job. I drove to his house to make payment because he failed to show up at the property at the appointed time.

Ryan quickly got me an estimate and was able to set up a time to perform the job in the window I had requested. He arrived on time and took care of the work in one day. He did a great job and my yard looks awesome.

Their communication is great. They always let you know when they're coming and what they're doing; Which is something I've had trouble with in the past with other pros.
