I have recommended Ross frequently to clients, coworkers and friends, and they are always happy with his work and with his prices. I have also had to call Ross to re-do jobs that were done poorly or incompletely by other contractors hired by clients and he has gotten me out of many a jam. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, you name it. Glad to recommend Ross.

I have used Ross's services twice in the past year. Each time, Ross has arrived promptly to provide a free estimate for the materials, time, and labor. He is very easy to get along with, and I would trust him with a key to my home without hesitation. Also, he was very good with my dogs and was fine with them being around during his repairs. The first time, he put in two solid days of work...I had just bought my house and needed a number of relatively minor repairs done, as well as additional assistance with basic tasks that I didn't have time to do myself (ie. installing ceiling fans and lights). Ross was at work 15 minutes early each day, and is VERY polite, pleasant, and is an extremely hard worker. For two full days of work (he didn't even take a lunch break until I insisted), the price was $500. Ross provided me with the receipts for the materials that he used without even being asked, and charged me $100 under his original estimate. The second time that Ross performed work for me was after a terminte inspector discovered a leak that had supposedly been repaired 8 months prior, before I bought the house. The leak had not been repaired and the damage over those 8 months completely rotted out the subfloor and insulation underneath the bathroom. Ross arrived as scheduled and kindly spent hours in awkward positions in my crawl space, doing a complete removal of all damaged material and installing new material after 1. finding the source of the leak, and 2. repairing the problem. This job was $300, and everything is as good as new. I would absolutely use Ross again for any home repair needs that I have, and give him my highest recommendation. In handymen, not only is the quality of the work imperative, but the quality of the worker is also of the utmost importance. Ross is trustworthy, prompt, skilled, friendly, and fairly priced. He is also very flexible and was able to accomodate my very hectic work schedule. Ross is wonderful and I would give him an A+ if that was an option.
