I contracted with the salesman, Nate Baker. He showed up on time & had the best price of the three insulation companies I interviewed. It went downhill from there. On the day it was to be installed I took off of work and arrived at the appointed time. After waiting 4 hours (I would not have waited so long, but I did not have the phone number with me)I called Nate & asked where the crew was & when they would be here. Nate said he did not handle scheduling, only sales. I called and talked to the scheduling department and I was told that my job had not been scheduled. I was furious. I called the salesman again and he blamed the scheduler. After the two of them talked, they told me that I had been rescheduled and that they called my office to let me know the day before. But, I was at my office all day, and if they called after hours they could have left a message on my voice mail. I did not want to start over so I rescheduled and the crew showed up on the appointed day and finished.
