Mariyam S.Elite 2022 Houston, TX 877117 8/29/2020 Recently placed an order for automated roller shades. I am working with Robin and so far it's been a pleasant experience. She came in to take measurements and then had some options laid out for me to choose from at her office. Robin also gave suggestions on what colors would match our area. I took some fabric samples home and made the final decision. The order is now placed and will update the review when installation is complete. Jordan And Tara S. San Francisco, CA 01 5/27/2022 Where do I begin. We had a new home built and finished in May of 2021. On the day of closing, I noticed that our hardwood floors in our downstairs were lifting and curling. I also noticed that the tile work didn't look great and they hung one tile in the dead center of our master bath shower with a big stain rust stain on it. The upstairs bathroom has subway tile in it and even though there is a box of extra tiles, again they hung tiles that were marked up. Finally fast forward to a year of going back and forth to try to get this addressed and the floors have been replaced. During the replacement, they found an air vent that they had covered up by accident when they put the initial floor down. Even though just a year ago they knew the number of boxes of flooring they needed, they were short a box and had to come back. They came to replace the tile that was damaged in the showers and in our master bath replaced the grey tile that was on the wall with a tan tile, so now we have a tan tile in the middle of a grey wall. Needless to say, given the year of constant inconveniences, fighting, and complete lack of attention to detail I can't recommend that anyone use them, in fact I'd recommend the complete opposite. Their owner is a nice guy but that only takes you so far when your subs keep making mistake after mistake. I will update this review after I have my hvac checked to make sure that the back pressure from the covered vent didn't damage anything.

Carpet installer left pieces of broken carpet knife (i.e. VERY sharp razor blade) in carpet. We were very lucky to find them before someone got cut badly.  Installer was abusive and confrontational.
Counter top install was terrible. The pieces didn't fit so the installer sanded/filed them down in the kitichen leaving a layer of granite dust all over the place. 
The floor installer left with the seam between the kitchen tile and the adjoining floors (dining room, hall and family room) with nothing covering the space  and a differential of about 1/2 inch between the surfaces. This made for a very hazzardous trip point.  They did ultimately fix that but refused to fix two other problems that we are now stuck with. 
Buyer beware.  When a store uses subcontractors to do the actual work, the store is only as good as the subs. This store uses very poor sub contractors and does not stand behind the work done.  In our opinion the store is not trustworthy. We would never, ever do business with this store again.

I had a wonderful experience with them. They offer interest free financing. That's how I afforded my cabinets. They were good, courteous and thorough and I have no complaints. Their prices were in range with other companies.

Still calling and trying to get resolution regarding tile floor that is not like promised.

Did very good job, on schedule, priced competitively, will use again.

There were many delays and installers who did not come when scheduled etc.  The carpet installers did do an excellent job. And we were very happy with them.  But we had some misunderstanding with the guys who did the 1/4 round finishing on the other floors. And it was never properly finished.  The price for the services were very high. We should have shopped around a bit more.  For what we paid we could have had quartz or something. Then they sent us an bill for an extra amount. I just was not impressed.

They installed new carpet throughout the whole house we bought. I was most pleased that they worked with us and our closing date and move in date. They made sure the carpet was available and did not have to wait to have it manufactured. We were able to have the carpet installed with no furniture in the house.

It was a good experience.  They have a nice showroom and were able to provide samples of all the materials to choose from.  I found their advice helpful in making final selections.  They came out and measured and then provided a very reasonable estimate.  The tile installer was particularly impressive.  They directed us to a couple of different granite suppliers to select a slab for the counters, and the process was very smooth.  Of course it is always a little tough being without your kitchen for a few days while the work is being done.  The tile took a little longer than expected.  They originally felt they could lay the tile over the vinyl using a special membrane that was supposed to harden over the vinyl to create a suitable surface for laying tile.  They explained this process would save significantly on installation cost.  When the membrane didn't cure properly and they had to resort to removing it, and the existing vinyl, and then laying conventional cement board down and so forth, they didn't charge us for the additional labor.  We did have a leak in the sink drain the day after installation and they sent a plumber out immediately to fix it.  We are enjoying the new kitchen and would definitely use them again.

They've always been great. They've always done what they said they're gonna do and quality product. There is nothing I didn't like. They are very responsive. I feel they are real honest and they have high-quality contractors doing the work. We're gonna get some blinds put in and they're gonna do that.

They did what they said they were going to do and there were no hidden costs. We were very happy with thier work.

They were a class act all the way through. I cannot imagine getting any better service.

They renovated the bottom of my house, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and laid the hardwood floor.  They even did plumbing.  They were extremely personable and extremely concerned about the quality of the work.  We had a couple of questions about the work and they gave satisfactory answers.  They were extremely helpful in coordinating the whole project.

They moved the furniture out of the way and put it back when they were finished. They also would lay the carpet in the room and let me see it first to see what it would look like and if I wanted it there. Their service was awesome. I was very pleased with their services.

The carpet was decent quality and has held up very well. They hauled away the old carpet and what was neat was they vacuumed the floor before putting the new carpet down. They were very thorough and made sure it was done right. We have used them in the past and we are consistently pleased.

This was one of two companies that I had hired to do this kind of flooring and I cannot remember which one charged what amount. Out of the two companies, I thought they were both cheaply priced. Everything turned out great. The flooring looks great and I have no complaints with them at all.

Richmond Decorative Carpets impressed me how they cleaned up behind themselves. They called before they came out. I felt comfortable having them in my home. I was very satisfied with the work they did. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what work was being done.
