After an initial service appointment costing $180, we were told that the root cause was leaving the freezer door open. It took three additional visits, an extra technician, and $680 in labor and materials to address multiple issues with the freezer. Our unit is now back to cooling and making ice. While the issue was fixed, it required much more time, money, and coordination than I would have expected.

They take their time and explain it to you; and they even leave the broken piece to show what was fixed. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. They're really good about getting in touch with you when you call for an appointment.

We have worked with this company for over ten years. These people are great and very professional. They really know how to fix things well and have even helped us with advice on the top appliances to buy. When they finish, I know it will stay fixed.
