Remedia-Pro

We were happy and satisfied with what Remedia-Pro did with their job. Their price was good. In terms of their office structure and back office they were just so-so. They failed to return call when I called them. I called them back and someone has answered and he is very apologetic stating the reasons why no one answered the phone. Remedia-Pro is a small local company owned and managed by a man name Brian Dyer. Brian primarily does all the operation of his business such as estimating the range of job and coordinating with his clients. He is a one man band working alone for his business. Upon my second call and with the discussion done in the phone and they came in and did what they said they would do best for mold remediation. They finish the job but it takes time for them to do it. Price is not affected as to the extension of work they have done. They have special process of getting rid of molds that we really sort of interested in which is a dry ice blasting process. Dry ice blasting basically just evaporates with the mold sucked into the air and out the window so it was a pretty efficient process mold remediation. They are good people.
