Ordered my cabinets on 9/6/21. Upon arrival 12/7/21, 6 items were missing and 2 cabinet doors were the wrong size. The 6 missing items were delivered and I discovered that 4 of the items from the order were a different color (this was not due to the natural variation in wood, they were a completely different shade). Late December Reico delivered 2 cabinet doors to replace the wrong size that was delivered earlier and they were a COMPLETELY different design. For the third time, the replacement doors were delivered in late February. After repeatedly requesting the replacement of the 4 items that were a different color, Reico reps visited my home and I was told they would not keep remaking my cabinets and agreed to replace 1 of the 4 items. Reico delivered the one door on March 7 and I now have cabinetry in 2 different colors. They were agreeable to remake 2 doors three times due to their incompetence in placing the correct order with the manufacturer but would not remake the items that were made the wrong color. When requested, Kesley could not explain Quality Assurance Standards or Tolerance/Limits for color variation. These 4 items should have never passed quality inspection. I am completely dissatisfied with the Customer Service and Quality standards of this company.

The completed bathroom is exactly what I wanted. It took a little longer than originally estimated because they made sure I was pleased with every detail before ending the job. The final cost was exactly what was quoted at the beginning. I would highly recommend Reico for a bathroom or kitchen remodel. Deb and her entire staff were very professional. They have completed two bathroom remodels for me. David Payne was the subcontractor on both bathrooms. If you use Reico's services, I highly recommend asking for David to work on the project. The cost was a little pricey but the quality of work was worth it.

We had built a new deck and wanted it professionally finished. Reico has a good reputation of staining cabinets and they agreed to do this job. We were very pleased with the services by them. The deck looks great. I would highly recommend their services to others.

I paid $13,000 for just my cabinets. After six months they are coming apart. First there are doors not closing and opening properly. The cabinets have split in several places. The wood has come apart at the corners. The only repair option that was offered would be to gut the kitchen and start over with the cabinets. This would ruin all my tiling and damage the walls. We have not come to a conclusion yet as to what we will do. I give them an F for everything.
