These folks have their act together. Everthing went smoothly and according to plan. Big advantage over competitors -- they actualy sand the cabinets well before refinishing! All workers were professional and courteous. Clean up after work was exceptional. Working with the manager and estimator went very well. We are very pleased with the result and the price. Our kitchen looks fabulous!

Great team. They kept us informed each step of the project through email or by phone. They were punctual for each appointment and very professional. During the cupboard painting process, they took great pains masking of parts of the kitchen and the doorway. No paint went where it was not supposed to go. They cleaned everything up as well. Our kitchen looks like new and we are really pleased.

We had our 40 year old stained pine cabinets refinished, including removing old doors and drawers, modifying existing valances, sanding and painting the old frames, and installing new doors, drawers and hardware. The results were excellent... the kitchen looks like new. Jamie was very through during the consultation; explaining the process and making recommendations. A designer was available for consultation on colors, etc. during a later visit. The crews were on time took care to protecting surrounding areas. Overall the process took 4 days. I would highly recommend them.

Jamie and his folks are responsive, professional, and do an excellent job! They went out of their way to help us on a time critical need and came through with flying colors. I live in Glen Allen, but it’s worth the drive to Midlothian to work with ReFresh. They are now my “go-to” for all of my cabinetry needs.

This company was a pleasure to deal with and their work was first class. They were true to their scheduling of the job and completed it within the 5 days they promised. Their workers were friendly and professional and well skilled in what they were doing. They were extremely careful in prepping the area and sealing off the kitchen area to contain the mild smell of the new paint. The new doors and refinished cabinets created a fantastic new look for our kitchen. We could not have been more pleased with the work of this firm.

Not well. Initial contact was great, received cabinet refresh quote in a timely fashion. I coordinated an in-home consult to plan for my kitchen update to include replacing my countertops and backsplash. The day of the consult the company was a no-show...not even a phone call.

Jamie and Brian coordinated services for extensive work in our kitchen, dining area, half bath and utility room. They and their staff did a great job painting our cabinetry and installing the backsplash. All areas look brand new and beautiful! They were very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. The subcontractors they used did a great job in the services they provided. Our experience with Refresh Cabinets went very smoothly from start to finish. We greatly appreciate their attention to detail and responsiveness to our questions and concerns. We are very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

The owner of Refresh Cabinets was very professional. He explained the entire process and showed us samples of cabinet finishes. I thought the cost was a bit high, but I would have to compare prices with others doing the same process.

This was not the easiest job as we had the original cabinet maker involved doing some of the work at the same time.  Jamie and his staff were great to work with.  They had a packed calender but I think they felt sorry for us and our messed up kitchen so he worked magic with his schedule and got our job done within a couple weeks.
While not what I would call inexpensive they absolutely do deliver an excellent product, I guess you get what you pay for.  They did exactly what they said and we could not be happier with the outcome.  I have to say the cabinets look better than new.  They are true professionals, prompt, knowledgeable, and would use them again in a heartbeat. 
Due to problems with the original finish (they were not involved in that part) we had to strip the cherry cabinets and bases down to the bare wood, re-stain and apply 3 coats of lacquer.
They performed this job flawlessly, in 2 days as promised, cleaned up and protected the rest of the kitchen and house as if it was their own.
Kudos to Jamie and the professional team, they did an great job.

Jamie and his team were punctual in arriving every day to work. They were professional and responsive to all my questions/concerns. The kitchen was taped off with plastic sheeting to prevent dust from entering other rooms. The floor was covered in paper to prevent staining from over spray. The work was finished in 3 days. My cabinets look like brand new ones. They completely transformed my kitchen. I love them and extremely happy with outcome.

Refresh Cabinets repaired my kitchen and bathroom cabinets.  They truly look BRAND NEW.  They were very accommodating and far exceeded my expectations.  It would have cost 3 times what I spent to replace the cabinets.  This process is so much better than "refacing".  I would hire them again!

Do your research so you understand everything. The process is messy... And smelly... They totally isolate the kitchen. Take the time to plan it all out. The results are nothing less than a kitchen that appears to have brand new cabinets (ours are and gt; 30 yr old). Will post pics if option is available (not available her).

It was fabulous. They are nice as they can be. They do an excellent job. The chairs went from black to cream, they look perfect. You get to pick the color you want. They are amazing and they do fantastic work.

Great service overall. Jamie was very flexible to get my job in as he had a number going on. The worked started on Monday and they took the drawers, sheves and cabinet doors. They sent over a carpenter on wednesday to change out some of our valances as we wanted a more modern and new style. The carpenter they used was very prepared and knocked out the job quickly. On Thursday they came back sealed off our kithchen and did the work on the cabinets. This took them all day. The kitchen was essentially unusable just from the fumes, but we knew that would be the case. The team used 2 industrial fans to suck the air out of the room. On Friday they came back resintall all doors, gave us new soft close cabinets and were done before noon.
All around a great service. This makes or kitchen look bigger, its brighter and easily added a lot more value to our house.

They were incredibly responsive, from my first call, which they returned immediately, to showing up on time at the appointment, scheduling a time to start and doing a fantastic job.  I had gotten a quote from a painter that was less expensive, but he wasn't going to do a fraction of what Jamie and Brian did.  I think they put 7 coats on it and it looks incredible, far better than the 1 or 2 coats that a painter would have done.  They put up plastic and kept the dust  to a minimum, which my wife loved.  These guys are great, and I would recommend them to anyone.  And no, they aren't related to me!

We needed our master bath cabinet painted, not replaced. The gentleman from ReFresh were on time and courteous. They did an excellent job, which was performed on time and in a professional manner. Cabinet looks just like it did from the factory 20 years ago. Would highly recommend ReFresh!
