On time. Easy to schedule and performed to expectation.

Radon Ease performed both tests on time. They came on schedule to setup the monitoring sensors and collected them on schedule. Each step of the way their system provided updates. The reports are detailed and provide helpful information.

Wally was great, he worked directly with our Realtor to get into the house to setup the detectors, and then came to collect them during the home inspection several days later. Very nice and courteous guy, even took his shoes off at the front door. Best part of all their equipment was pretty high tech, while he was still there in the house we received the report via e-mail. Came up negative which was great and obviously did not try to sell us anything further.

Wally was responsive and easy to schedule. The work went smoothly and we were very happy with what he did for us. The tests did find elevated radon levels in the home, which led to us negotiating a price reduction so we can have the mitigation work done.

Mr. Dorsey was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions. On the second visit, after reviewing the readings from the meter, he indicated that he couldn't justify follow-up testing (at additional cost) by him.
