Front porch has water damage from the soffetts down to the base of the porch. porch columns supports were also damaged and needed rebuilding in some areas.The porch had some sag on one side and some of the boards had separated and water was causing them to give and not be sturdy.Even though the roof had been repaired by another company the main reason for the leaks were cracks around the drain pipes ( discoverd after repair started).There was extensive damage to some of the wood and the boards had to be replaced.All new wood was primed and painted. The front porch was painted after all necessary repairs were made.R&G did an excellent job !! This house is 100yrs old and I didn't need or could afford a new porch job that was being suggested by a few companies contacted.Mr.Ricardo De Moraes came out and went over the needs of the job with me and gave me his professional opinion and estimate of what the job would entail and cost.We agreed and I understood that there may be some unfor seen needs that could not be detected.This turned out to be true but R&G kept all additional cost very reasonable. in fact Mr. Moraes did not charge for one minor problem that came up. R&G Home Improvement was there on time each day( 8:30 a.m.) as we agreed.The work was finished one evening and Mr.Ricardo came out to do a final check that morning. He noticed one area that needed a lil caulking and immediately called his painter out to take care of it.I am completely satisfied with the job and the professional way it was done by this company.No mess was left to cleanup.I have already discussed other jobs I would like for them to complete. If you do nothing else atleast get an estimate from this company!!!

I have used Ricardo before and would strongly recommend him. Ricardo returns calls promptly, gives good advice about your proposed project (i.e., he'll tell when what you are proposing to do won't work rather than let you spend a lot of money with him), and he does good work. This kitchen project is an excellent example. Our house is close to 90 years old. Removing the kitchen cabinets, which had been in the house for maybe 30 years, promised to reveal hidden problems in the walls and the flooring. That, in fact, was the case. Ricardo planned for that and corrected about a half-century's worth of bad decisions and shortcuts by previous owners. He did it promptly and delivered great work. I will definitely use R&G Home Improvement again.
