Do not use this company!!! We have had 15 moves over the years and with all others only had 1 claim for 1 piece of damaged furniture. For this move, we filed a claim for over 25 items either damaged or completely destroyed, a few destroyed ones not able to be replaced since they were custom made. The owner promised to get back to us about what transpired and an action plan to prevent this from ever happening again. He reneged on his promise. PICK ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY, since we don't want you to experience the same thing.

Sales rep and movers were very nice accomodating people. Unfortunately the movers did not handle our property with respect and a lot of it sustained damage. We didn't pay attention to the insurance details so were only entitled to $.60 per pound for damaged goods. For example, a large gilded mirror worth about $250 was damaged beyond repair but we could only collect $30 (50lbs x $.60). Again, the people were very nice. We didn't discover most of the damage for awhile. Lesson: read the fine print.

They were wonderful, polite, efficient, helpful, and gentle and wrapped everything and did a wonderful job.  They were right on time.  They could have been any better.

It was wonderful. They came on time, loaded everything into the truck. The move was not long, and they did a great job in a timely matter. They also gave us a discount because we used them previously.

Fantastic.  The movers showed up about an hour late because of a mishap but the company communicated taht with us so no worries there.  The three guys we had worked hard, all day.  They were polite, they were caring of our stuff, and they were professional with how they did their job.  I couldnt have asked for a better company.

Service and punctuality were excellent.  Final invoice needs to match better with initial estimate and quote.

They showed up with a partial crew.  The main person/supervisor did not come and the crew basically packed what was easy for themselves until about 9 pm at night when they realized the truck they brought was too small, it started raining, they were out of boxes and paper...it went down hill from there.  We had a great deal of damage at the receiving end.  Our household goods were essentially mishandled.  The men who delivered them in Dallas were apologetic and kept shaking their heads at how shoddy our things were thrown in the truck sent from Virginia.  It was a travesty to pay $12,000 for fourth class service.  We have the pictures of the broken furniture, antiques, vases, bed frames, etc.  If you make the mistake of going with this company BE SURE TO BUY THE INSURANCE!!!  It is the one thing that worked like it was supposed to.  We filed a claim and it was tedious, but finally they paid.  Frankly, your best bet is to avoid this company and go with a reputable mover that does what they contract to do.

The receptionist we first contacted at the office was very professional and nice.They came promptly. Andre called us to make sure everything went well. Christian and another gentleman did a great job. They went to work right away as soon as they got here. They took good care of our things putting them in the truck. They were kind enough to go to my sister's house and put a few items there, which couldn't fit in my storage unit. Overall, they did an excellent job!! I would recommend them to anyone. They followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied.

Our Movers arrived 15 minute late but started their invoice at their arrival time. Once they arrived they took inventory of every room and I coordinated the items that needed to be moved. After signing a few forms I got out of their way and the three man work crew started the move. All three gentlemen were courteous and professional at all time, they did not take a break until the moving truck was full. I had a three piece sofa sectional that did not fit through the front door. I mentioned that our furniture delivery man used our rear door from the back yard in order to deliver the three pieces of furniture, without hesitation one of the movers said " if he can do it so can we". Once the truck was full you take a walk through in order to insure that all of your items have been moved before leaving. They made a stressful day bearable with their one liners through out the day. We joked and laughed through out the day it was a great experience. Once we arrived at my new home they were careful with every item placing our furniture through out the house. I have two daughters who played and at time would get in their ways but the movers worked around them. My six year old told me " Daddy my bed is not built yet", one of the movers over heard my daughter and immediately stopped what he was doing and assembled her bed. Needless to say it brought a smile on my daughter face and his kind gesture did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Professional Movers and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Relocation specialist was awesome and very responsive to my frequent contacts/questions, and I was also very impressed with the professional mannerism of the receptionist. I received two price estimates (one very early, and one very close to the move date after getting rid of some possessions).
I bought pizza for the packers and offered them each a beverage. I was a little surprised when one of the packers asked for a second drink (not a problem) and then shortly thereafter, asked for a third soda as they were leaving.
Because of the location of my new home, the company had to be cautious about what size truck they used. The downfall - while the truck was able to fit down the private lane, it was too small for the move. A few of my possessions were left behind because there was no more room on the truck. And no more room in my compact SUV. And this was after loading some of the belongings in our pick-up the night before. (Good thing we know the current owner of our former home, but this has caused us to make a 9 hour round trip to retrieve our belongings.) Also, because of the size of the truck, it took significantly longer to pack it, as the foreman was very conscientious of space and fit things in superbly (like a puzzle). I had been told the movers would be done packing the truck by 5:30pm, and they took 3 hours longer. (Wouldn't have been too bad had I not then had to clean the house AND get my infant to our next location for bed - which was WAY too late for him!) But again, this was because the foreman was trying his best to get everything on the truck. The crew worked hard.
I was told that the truck would be leaving to come my way at 7am, which would put them at my new location by noon. They arrived around 2pm, but the key to unlock the padlock had been left behind - so this involved a trip to a local hardware store with my husband to get bolt cutters. (Ironically, my husband already had a set of bolt cutters, but they were locked in the back of the truck!) Once again, they weren't done unloading the truck until around 8:30pm. The crew did a great job of putting belongings were requested. Our only concern regarding unloading was that the box-springs could not fit up the staircase - (not their fault!) - but they bent and tied the mattresses, squishing them to get them upstairs when this was not necessary. (We ended up buying a new mattress and split box springs which arrived 4 days later, and the mattress company was able to get the new mattress upstairs without bending it at all.) I don't think bending a mattress is good for it - and it was a $1300 mattress purchased in December.

They did a great job. They were punctual and professional. I will use them again in the future.

Without exception the move resulted in scratches and gouges on wood pieces, and, they tore the bottom of a $2000 mattress set. We've contacted the company six (6) times only to be told a check was in the mail to us EACH TIME. Not only are they the worst movers ever but they lack any type of professionalism and ethics. IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS - AVOID THIS GROUP!!!

They worked very hard in 100 degree weather. They said they could pack it tight and try to get everything in one load or do two loads if I preferred. I choose two and they had no problems with coming back the second day to finish the last few items. I had only a small piece of glass break and I told them not even to worry about it. They charge about $79 an hour.
