Premier Powerwashing

Following a wet summer, the house was in serious need of a bath and the deck had not been washed in over 6 years. Bill quoted an estimated price over the phone and we scheduled an appointment. Since the weather was going to be unseasonably cold on the day of service, Bill called the night before and let me know he would be starting about 30 minutes later than planned. On the day of service, he arrived at the agreed upon time and looked over the job. He was very customer-focussed and wanted to know if there were areas that might need extra attention. We also discussed the fact that I has underestimated the size of the home be he only increased the price slightly. Job took a couple of hours and the deck turned out better than either of us expected. Will definately use Premier in the future.

Bill did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with overall. He was responsive to my initial call, set us up for a quick appointment, called the day before to confirm, showed up on time and did quality work for the quoted price. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
