They are the best hardware store. They have everything and if they don't, they get it. They will have things that others don't have. If something needs repaired such as a screen door, they will repair it. Their staff consists of experienced tradesmen. They are not young whipper-snappers looking for jobs that don't know the first thing. They are all experienced people. I’ve gone in and told them what I'm going to do and they will ask about what I am doing and will tell me not to do that and what to do. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: I use Pleasants Hardware a couple of times a month.

Everything we bought worked well, was as promised by staff, and we will be happy to return.
Description of Work: We recently moved to Richmond and needed all those little hardware things for a new home. Pleasants had everything. The staff was helpful and friendly. Keys were cut well, no need to return for new keys, which is unusual these days. They had great ideas for inexpensive, but good fixes for annoying new house problems.
