It went extremely well. Everything was cleared in the front yard the first day with the beds laid out. The second day everything was planted (several perennials, azaleas transplanted and a new bush) Mulch was laid in the front yard and the clearing began in the back yard and its beds. All in all, Megan and Brian laid 14 yards of much, cleared and redesigned beds and did it extremely professionally. They worked well together and the total process went very well. Oh yes, they laid a blue slate walkway in the front yard between the beds.
Loved their work and would highly recommend.
The bottom line: I like the plants. I like the design. I appreciated the detailed invoice that was provided to me. I appreciated the advice that they gave to me regarding how I can maintain my plants going forward. But most of all, I like Bryan and Megan. They operate with integrity. And, they're nice! I highly recommend them to everyone.
They were prompt and courteous. Keep to their timelines as well as flexible with mine.
The work turned out great and it is now beautiful bedding and will fill in nicely as it grows. The plants have great texture and will bloom at different times of year.
They were also able to reuse some of my plants. It was a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend them to friends and family!
I really like to use Plant by Design because they impress me in 4 critical areas:
1. The estimates are always pretty accurate and the price is fair.
2. Both Megan and Liz have an artistic skill when it comes to their work and everything they have done looks great.
3. The communication before and during the landscaping projects is excellent and they do what they say they are going to do.
4. They have great ideas and they discuss the different options with me with every project. They also listen to my ideas and work with me on those ideas.
I am definitely going to keep using Plant By Design as my primary landscaper, I am very pleased with their work.
