Perfect Cleaning LLC

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is the third time Iâ  ve utilized Perfect Cleaning . The first clean was fantastic, the second clean they did not do a thorough job, but the manager of the company, Fabian called me and offered me a credit, and the customer service was great . This time, I hired PC to do a deep clean of my home. I went with the hourly rate so they could spend as much time as needed and they worked exactly 2.5 hours & left. The first and second time they cleaned they also cleaned for 2.5 hours, but this time I could not believe the amount of â  surface cleaningâ  that was done. They vacuumed around my coffee table, but didnâ  t move it 1 inch to clean underneath. dusted around my furniture, but didnâ  t move anything to dust around or behind, cleaned the glass on the front door, but didnâ  t touch the back door glass . They left gunk all over my side table in my family room and they did not even TOUCH my guest bathroom. I submitted pictures of all of this to PC manager, and it was turned over to quality control. I had requested some sort of a credit towards the Cleaning and was told They would figure out how to compensate me and get back to me. Five days went by and never heard from anyone After I texted and called multiple times over five day. Period with no one returning my call - only to find a charge for the full 2.5 hours On a credit card I had previously used that I DID NOT give them authorization to use this time and I specifically told them to delete my credit card information the last time they cleaned. So not only was the cleaning unsatisfactory- they fraudulently charged my credit card without my authority. Finally, the owner of the company called me back today, seven days later Only to tell me that my only option was to have those cleaners come back and finish cleaning and I could pay the additional hours charge- Is she joking??? While the ladies that come to clean are very pleasant, but difficult to communicate with I have no issues with them, but they do need to be trained properly on how to clean someoneâ  s home . Very UNETHICAL company with horrible customer service. I am filing a claim with the BBB tomorrow and disputing the charge with my credit card company

My initial job was done exceptionally, so felt comfortable with scheduling the next week. The 2nd week seemed rushed and was not as thorough. Several areas were missed or not properly cleaned.

They were hired to do a deep cleaning. The woman told me to start with 3 hrs. They used up the hrs and said they needed more time. I couldnt believe it. What they had "cleaned" was still partially done. I told the service I needed baseboards, blinds, basically a good scrubbin everywhere. Dust was under all baseboards, beds...I called service and was met with angry response. I was told they did 3 hrs. cleaning and that was agreement. I am disputing payment at this time. I would never hire this group. Check YELP for reviews. More honesty there!!!!

Showed up very late but management handle the situation very well! I was so please with the ladies that came to my home! I have hired perfect cleaning for a biweekly maid service!

This was an emergency. I needed it the very same day and they were here within hours. They were accomidating as I had 5 children at my house that day. They worked around us and did a beautiful job. Seemed like a fair price for a first time, on the spot cleaning.

They were amazing - they even cleaned my pet's play room. They were pleasant, professional and I will certainly call them again.

Initial cleaning services were excellent, will be hiring for regular cleaning service. Very responsive, very timely.

Interview went extremely well. Company sounds like it has high standards and is well organized. Scheduled to begin cleaning on 2/26 so can't say until then how well they follow through.

I was very impressed with Perfect Cleaning. They have an attention to detail that I haven't found with any other company. I was impressed to see the things that they did on their own, without me even asking. Definitely recommend this company based on my first cleaning. I'll update my rating after awhile.

They did a good job. It was around the holidays so I had to rush them, but I was impressed enough to refer them to one of my buddies.
