I needed repairs to a bathroom that had major water damage. Von Joesph showed up right away to give me an estimate to restore the bathroom that was very reasonable and started work the next morning. His crew finished in two and one-half days. They did an excellent job! They cleaned up very well when they finished the job. I highly recommend this company for any construction project.

I interviewed several contracting companies before I hired Parallel Construction LLC. I chose Parallel Construction because they told me exactly what the job would entail, its promptness to start the project and it fit well within my budget. What I liked most about this company -- they went beyond the call of duty by replacing drywall that had been damaged and stopped pipes from leaking in my bathtub. Bobby and his assistant Watson did a marvelous tub, tile and paint job for my bathroom. When friends and family saw it they were amazed.

My experience started out good very friendly and the estimate was reasonable to me. However I ended up paying an additional 995.00 on supplies which no leftovers/receipts were left and additional expenses came up. The ceiling has been repaired 3 times and I can still see where the hole was. The washer and dryer was moved and does not fit the area it was moved to after I clearly asked would it fit it sticks out. Instead of taking responsibility for not measuring correctly I was blamed. Also it leaked ( I have pictures) and even tho he knows it was leaking does not take responsibility for my bamboo flooring bugling. I also got additional charges as the projects went on. For example an additional 150.00 for covering the openings in the drywall where the washer and dryer was moved from. I m sorry but if I get an estimate for moving the washer and dryer I assume the homeowner does not want the holes in the wall so the original quote should have included that. 3/4 times back for the washer dryer most expensive and most unsuccessful because now I have to spend more money to buy a smaller washer dryer when these are less than 2 years old. Oh and replace flooring. 3 times for the ceiling and I can can still tell where it is, oh and I had to call them back to put an outside vent on the house. This experience delayed all our plans with our house getting back in order. We are not rich We work hard and saved and I feel like we got taken and have lost trust in contractors. I am not bitter just hurt. This is our home not just a job. I feel like the 4K plus was waisted well at least most of it.

To make sure that the individual working with the company are knowledgeable of what you desire. Goid company bad help. Now Bobby was very knowledgeable of whT I wanted.

Mr. Von Joseph showed up when he said he would, kept me informed when there was a delay getting the materials, and completed my fence repair perfectly. His two other employees were professional and courteous. I will definitely use Parallel again.

Von and Robert do outstanding work. and their prices are reasonable. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They did several projects for me including cutting off a door that was dragging on the carpet, sealing exterior light fixtures, installing a drain so water wouldn't come into my home and fixing two exterior doors that din't close properly. I am really pleased with everything the did. I couldn't have asked for better handymen. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

They contacted me the very next morning and within the hour they were at my home to repair my ceiling.

I cannot thank these guys enough! The repairs are amazing. Professional, clean, and went above and beyond. We will definitely be bringing them back.

Too expensive for the the job

Installed shelving in laundry closet and installed fixture. Very easy to work with and excellent service. Will use and recommend Parallel again!
