Excellent. I called and described a noise I was hearing from the control panel. Received a call back within the hour and the person on the phone offered several high probability explanations for what I was hearing. He sent someone out who did a full system check and discovered starter was failing. Replaced it and that one turned out to be faulty, but he got a new one delivered, wired that in, and all was good. Even attached a loose component inside the control panel that was not properly installed originally. He was there longer than he anticipated, I'm sure, but never grumbled about the time and seemed focused on doing the job right. Explained the workings of the system and control panel to me and answered questions willingly. Well done!

Excellent experience! Scheduler was professional and booked me an appointment the next day. They arrived on time and quality work was done. Servicemen patiently answered all my questions. This is a family business and I will hire them again and tell others about this great experience.

The service man was polite and professional, however after finding my file where I kept septic info I discovered that two years ago almost to the day they had already pumped the tank. I had been so sick for the past two years I did not remember they had previously pumped the tank. The reason for having it done now was for Chesterfield County proof of pumping. When I called to set up the appointment I told them that I couldn't remember when we had it done. They have computerized records but did not bother to tell me that we just had it pumped two years ago. It would have saved $200 that we really didn't have to spend and could have requested a copy of our last service to send to Chesterfield. When I called the office to discuss the situation the lady I talked to was indignant about they don't check the records and basically it was my problem. We will never use them again and will warn any of our friends not to as well. Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company that obviously doesn't look out for their customers.

I called and they came the next day. Very personable man and they were very neat about putting the dirt back in the hole (very small) they made in the yard.

Old Dominion Septic Service did a great job on our septic system. They were on time. The workers were friendly. I was very satisfied with the service provided. I do not remember the price exactly but I thought it was very reasonable. I would recommend the definitely.
